Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our Member Services team with your order number to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items you wish to return in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
